While that hasn't happened to anyone I know, I have heard of stories like those. Sorry, I really can't help here.

Well, you can, but you have to play for long hours to farm the gold/equipment that other people really want for it to be worthwhile. It isn't exactly restricted by country, even though it is against the terms of a couple of games.

Thanks for the reply George.

If I link my bank account with PayPal, then is there even a remote possibility that they may debit my account without my prior permission or prove harmful in anyway? I have read many horror stories on paypalsucksdotcom.

I would also like to know if an Indian citizen can play online games for cash.

Nope, you can't. It doesn't work.

If you have an account with any of the following banks you can withdraw straight into your account:
SBI
Bank of India
Canara Bank
Union Bank of India
HDFC
ICICI
ING Vysya
Axis
Standard Chartered
HSBC
Citibank

Basically, any bank except for IOB will be fine.

I've seen the latter before. But the former does sound like good advice. Good point.

I think they do, they should anyway. Besides, not signing on the back is just asking for it. A friend of my mom's lost lots of money that way.

You don't need to sign at the back of your card. No one checks for it, ever.
